St Edward's Music & Arts Festival 2005

Thurs 13 Oct. 7.30pm. On St Edward’s Day the choir sang the liturgical parts of Karl Jenkins’ “The Armed Man: A Mass for Peace” at the Holy Eucharist.

Fri 14 Oct. 7.30pm. Some members of the orchestra gave a concert (instrumental solos accompanied by piano).

Tue 18 Oct. 7.30pm. Janet Powell (Sop) and Scott Baker (Guitar). Accompanied by Jayne Thomas (piano).

Fri 21 Oct. 7.30pm. On Trafalgar Day the choir and combined orchestras performed Haydn’s “Nelson” Mass in the context of a Holy Eucharist.

Tue 25 Oct. 7.30pm. Jayne Thomas (piano) and Iolo Jones (Violin).

There was an Art Exhibition throughout the Festival by Roy Worrall.
